First of all, dancers need a lot of energy to complete the performance and every movement, just like cars need gasoline.
Second, In my opinion, energy is not only about the physical energy but also about the dancer's spirit.A dancer needs to be energetic if he wants to perform a perfect routine.

The movements of the performers in the second video are more similar to the warm-up we learned in class.
Although both performers are demonstrating Chinese kung fu, the second performer is more like a dancer
